Slingshot worked with Clarity, the leading supplier of amplified telephones, to design and develop the Clarity Professional C4230 5.8GHz Cordless Amplified Phone. The product is a feature rich business phone for people with moderate to severe hearing loss, or impaired vision. It includes a cordless handset, speakerphone, answering machine, and visual ringer among other features. Through intelligent technology to make conversations louder and clearer, the C4230 embodies Clarity's mission of "Amplifying Your Life."

Slingshot's design and engineering team worked efficiently to develop and appropriate, full-featured base around Clarity's existing handset design. This effor involved an extensive form-language development exercise, ergonomic developmend, prototyping, detail engineering, and optimization for both size and manufacturing. The resultant product became a top seller for Clarity shortly after its introduction in late 2007.
