Slingshot's Innovations in the News

September 25, 2007 - Try It Out Tuesday: Tide Hanger & Scent Pendents - Cincinnati Channel 9 News

It's the first week of fall so this Try-It-Out Tuesday Is all about getting your closet ready for the season.

We put the Tide Smart Dry Sweater and Pant Hanger and the Scented Hanger Pendents to work. What's neat about the new hangers is they promise to keep your clothes crease free.

The hanger has extra wide shoulder bars to prevent your sweaters and shirts from puckering and loosing their shape. They also dry your clothes quicker because it is perforated to allow more airflow to the garment.

We've been testing these hangers for a few days and so far, so good! The items did dry quicker and the clothes appeared to be crease free.

The scented hanger pendents were a big hit in the newsroom. They left our closets smelling fresh of lavender and vanilla.

These would also be a good idea to silp a few of these in your summer storage clothes bin.

We picked up the hangers at Wal-Mart for $4 and the pack of scented pendents was $4.50.

This is an unscientific test with unscientific results.
